A、 Usage:

Mainly used for twisting and filling of PVC, PE core wires, power cables, computer cables and other covered wires, and also suitable for bare stranded wire, steel wire, tinned wire, copper clad aluminum, enameled wire, and alloy wire stranded wire.

6. Twisting distance: The suitable range for twisting distance is 30-200mm, automatic twisting distance, and the twisting distance can be set arbitrarily by the computer.

7. Main body speed: The winch and guide wheel are made of special alloy materials, which have the characteristics of high strength and light weight, allowing them to rotate at a high speed of Mar800rpm.

8. Brake: Adopting electromagnetic brake, and then setting the brake function through the motor. The braking system can automatically adjust the amount of braking force based on the speed of the engine.

9. Wiring method: Smooth rod bearing type wiring device, adjustable width and spacing, synchronous belt transmission.

10. Twisting direction: The S/Z direction can be freely selected.
