This equipment is suitable for high-speed extrusion of plastics such as PVC, PP, PE, SR-PVC, etc. It is mainly used for producing UL electronic wires, injection dual color wires, computer wire cores, power wire cores, automotive dual color wire extrusion, etc.

1. Manufacturing line type: used for producing UL electronic wires, injection strip dual color wires, computer wire cores, power wire cores, automotive dual color wires, and other wire materials.

2. Extrusion material: Suitable for high-speed extrusion of plastics such as PVC, PP, PE, SR-PVC, etc., with a plasticization degree of 100%.

3. Conductor diameter: Ф0.5 to Ф4.0mm. (The size of the wire diameter needs to be equipped with corresponding molds)
