A. Application:

This filter is mainly used for wire drawing cooling oil purification and impurity separation. It can effectively filter copper, iron, stainless steel and other slag particles and impurities in the oil, and continuously guide impurities into the stainless steel cloth box to ensure the cleanliness of the oil and prevent deterioration. The entire process is continuous and automatic, improving product quality, reducing labor intensity, and reducing environmental pollution. It is a supporting assistant for equipment such as wire drawing machines, deep hole drills, grinders, machine tools, and machining.

B. Structure of Equipment:

This filtering device mainly consists of main components such as a cloth receiving box, filtering frame, conveying horseshoe chain mesh, transmission drum, rotary table, reduction motor, leakage water tank, filtering cloth, liquid level detection switch, electrical control box, etc.

1. Applicable rack: The overall rack adopts national standard 6MM iron plate laser cutting and precision welding, without deformation or leakage.
