A. Equipment Usage

Mainly used for twisting multiple strands of copper wire, tinned copper wire, various fiber wires, etc. Machine color: blue; Direction: Left fold and right fold.

B. Main parameters

1. Maximum size of wire reel:Ф300 * Outer width 150 * Inner hole 39 * Carrying hole 11 * Center to center distance 50mm. (According to customer requirements)

2. Twisted section: 0.035mm2-0.5mm2

3. Twisted copper wire diameter:Ф0.05-Ф0.25mm

4. Pitch range: 1.38-18.12mm Gear change pitch (can be customized)

6. Twisting direction: both left and right directions are acceptable.

6. Maximum winch speed: Maximum 3000RPM (or 6000 torque).

7. Pitch adjustment method: replace the mechanical pitch with the guide wheel.
